This house was everything that it was listed as and more!!! It was perfect for a large family gathering especially since everyone had their own room and their own space!!! The location was absolutely perfect and everything you could need is close by!!! We hadn’t even left and already booked another trip for this house next year!!!
Great location close to beach. Pool and patio area were great for times we were not at the beach. The house is laid out well for two families to share. We shared the place between my family of 5 and my wife's sister's family of 4 and had plenty of room.
This property was great for our family vacation! It had easy access to everything and everywhere. We were 30 mins from Space Coast ball park, and less than 5-15 minutes to many other amenities. Beach was right across the street with easy park access less than a mile down the road as well. Great location for families as we had 12 people including children which was nice for private pool, w/d, and awesome pool house stocked with everything you need. It was easy to contact management with any concerns or questions with quick reply. Thank you and hopefully we can stay again!
A big family group came down to this house in Cocoa Beach and we had a super time. The grandkids had tons of fun in the pool, which is pretty large. All us grown ups liked having some cocktails and grilling around the pool patio. It has a tropical feel with a tiki hut. My mom and dad who are in their 80's liked soaking in the hot tub. It just took us a few minutes to get to the beach and restaurants. Cocoa Beach has a lot of fun parks for the kids. Good vacation. We will do it again sometime.
Me and my extended family came to Cocoa Beach for our yearly gathering near the ocean. We enjoyed this house's location, which is close to the old Cocoa Beach restaurants and all the convenient shopping and grocery of the newer area where Ron Jon surf shop is located. The kids spent most of their time by the pool and many of the grown ups liked the hot tub. At night my brother played bartender at the tiki bar and we all enjoyed margaritas. The tiki bar has nice lighting at night, too. The floor plan is spread out, with two areas that have sofas and a few of the bedrooms even have their own writing desks -- plus there are a bunch of deck chairs and sitting chairs and a few outside tables to lounge at. This all allowed for plenty of space for each of us in our big group to feel comfortable and have "together" time and "alone" time. The cleaning was superb. Lots of parking, too.
This house was comfortable and clean. A group of 20 family members gathered here to celebrate my 40th wedding anniversary. All my 4 children with their kids (and two of my great-grandchildren!). It was a treat to come together and spend some time by the pool and take some walks on the beach. There is a room on the ground floor that requires no steps which was good for my wife and I. It had an attached bathroom. There are a few steps to go up to the big dining area, where we had a birthday celebration for my great nephew. We stocked the extra refrigerator provided just for beverages, which was really helpful for so many people. The big pool was the center of daily fun for the grandkids and a nice place to sunbathe. My wife and I took walks in the neighborhood, which is quiet and safe. There are canals throughout this area of Cocoa Beach which offer some nice views, too. House was clean and had more than enough room for our group. House would easily accommodate 4-5 families. Outdoor area was awesome with pool, tiki bar, and hot tub. Spent most of our time enjoying family time at the pool area.
The property is ideally located right in the middle of Cocoa Beach. Worked perfect for our team and the house it self is ideal. With the pool and hot tub and great layout we had plenty of space and the house is a high quality rental.
Clean, check in process was simple. Suggested removing the picture of the grill from listing as we were prepared to grill and there wasn't a grill. We love to grill when the family gets together. Pool was heated to 85 degrees which we enjoyed. Richard did a great job communicating with us. Walk to beach was short. Had a great time with family!!
We had a lovely time at our stay. My sister's family and mine, along with our mom spent a week in gorgeous weather enjoying the pool and making incredible meals that we enjoyed together. The house was great for two families and there was plenty of space in the gathering areas: the kitchen, the pool and the tv room. We walked to the beach from the house and really enjoyed old Cocoa Beach- also within walking distance. Beds were comfy and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The pool was large and wonderful. It is partly salt-cholorinated, so the water feels good on your skin. We had a blast playing altogether as a family in and around the pool. The cousins made many happy memories together too. The kids ranged in age from 7-18. It was well-suited for all. Owner was super communicative with a quick response. Wifi was powerful and fast.
This house was perfect for our family of 12 celebrating my 70th birthday! The pool, hot tub & tiki bar were amazing. Richard was a great host!
It was a great layout for all 3 of our families. A few things we had to repair at the beginning but host communicated very well. The only problem was showering 13 people in 2 bathrooms but we made it work. The outdoor space and kitchen were absolutely perfect! The beach access is not very close, but we were able to bike the mile there!
We had 4 adults and 8 children (ages 8-14). The property worked out perfect for us. It's centrally located so it's close to everything.. The house itself was great, and the pool and hottub area were incredible. Richard was very responsive to questions we had leading up to the trip, and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. If we ever make it back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely look into staying here again.
My family and I enjoyed a great week's long vacation/reunion at Tiki Blue. The accommodations were great, and Richard was an excellent, responsive host.
Our family had such a fun and relaxing time at Tiki Blue! The pool and hot tub in the back yard were a hit with everyone and we had fun cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen. It was also so great to have so many seating options in the kitchen/dining area so everyone could eat together and a big couch for movie time where everyone could sit together. The beach wasn't far and the downtown area was great, too! Highly recommend!
From start to finish the owner, Richard was very friendly and responsive. We didn't have many questions (since most things were provided as the listing stated) but when I did he answered right away. The house was very clean and comfortable. The back yard with a beautiful, big salt water pool and hottub stole the show for us! When we were in the house after a long day at the beach, the pool and hot tub was great to refresh ourselves for the next day. We had 1 day to sit by the pool all day, it was so relaxing getting ready to leave early the next day. The pool was very clean as was the hot tub. My family plan to stay here again hopefully making it a yearly thing! We were just so pleased with everything! We miss it already! Thanks again, Richard!
Perfect fit for 2 families of 4 and 6, with kids ranging in age from 4-14. Heated pool and hot tub were well maintained and a huge hit with the kids. Lots of outdoor seating, the tiki bar was nice and stood up to the torential downpour we experienced one day, keeping the adults dry while the kids enjoyed the pool! The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. Have to say my favorite shower was the partially enclosed outdoor shower with the hottest water and fresh air!
Our stay at the Tiki Blue was an absolute home run! As a group of softball enthusiasts, we were looking for a place to unwind after a day on the field, and Tiki Blue exceeded our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the hot tub and jacuzzi were a game-changer. After those intense games, sinking into the warm, bubbling water was like hitting a grand slam of relaxation. It provided the perfect remedy for our sore muscles, and we found ourselves there every evening. Now, the Tiki bar was the MVP of this experience. It became our go-to spot for hanging out, sharing stories, and enjoying some well-deserved drinks. The host went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The place was immaculately clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare our post-game meals. Tiki Blue truly hit it out of the park for our group. It's the ideal getaway for friends or teammates seeking a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. We're already planning our next visit, and we can't wait to return to this fantastic VRBO! We plan on rebooking again and friends from home in RI are interested in renting too.
We booked Tiki Blue for our family holiday vacation. It was perfect! Lots of space for everyone to have their own room but come together for family time in the spacious living and dining areas. The outdoor area was wonderful - we enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and Tiki Bar. Everything was well stocked and clean. The host was amazing and very responsive - no issues with our stay and we will be back! Thank you!
We had a small family reunion with some members of our family coming from Canada, UK and Venezuela. The house is very comfortable for big groups and Richard was very quick to respond and helped with any question or request. The Kitchen space was very nice and the outside area was amazing with the heated pool and Hot tub (which helped a lot with the low temperatures we got during our stay). The beach is 3 min by car and about 15 to 20 min walking. There are a lot of restaurants and places to visit near by. We were very lucky to see the SpaceX launch from the Cocoa beach Pier. We really enjoyed our stayed at the Tiki Blue. Definitely we will go back.
From the start Richard was a great communicator. Getting into the house was clear and easy. We had three rental cars and there was plenty of room for parking. The weather was chilly when we were there so Richard made sure the pool was nice and warm and really took care of us. We had kids between the ages of 2-10 and it was plenty of space and plenty to do at the house when we were waiting out weather. The layout works well for small children also. It’s in a quiet nice neighborhood, with other VRBOs near by which more of our family rented. Easy walk to the beach or drive around town! One of the kids left her special watch and Richard even offered to send it back. Thank you!
Very large clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. We had five adults and two young children in our group and the house was large enough for separate space for downtime if needed. Heated pool and hot tub were very much appreciated by the children as the weather was unseasonable cooler then normal. Would stay there again.

We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. More on the house; super clean, tons of towels, all the utensils u will need, beds were comfortable , bbq was great, quiet neighborhood, pool was big, and jacuzzi was nice. Also has great outdoor seating. For the kids, there are tvs in every room and the living room has a Nintendo switch gaming system. Overall we were super happy with the house, 5 stars all around.
My family enjoyed this propery alot. We were able to have large family style living at an affordable cost. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday of our stay. When we had any questions the property manager was able to get back to us very quickly.

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this was one of our favorite rentals yet. We had a party of 17 and there was plenty of sleeping space for all. We loved all of the dining space, multiple tables which allowed us all to eat together. The kids loved the outside showers!
